Firefly handmade market

We have a handmade market that takes place 4 times a year in our town.

People make beautiful things, they sell them there, end of story.

Recently the rules and requirements to participate have become more rigorous, you must have a website, professional business, etc.

That's why it has stopped inspiring me so much, its no longer a seat of your pants kind of thing, 

 something that you can look at and think: I could do that too!

Its a bit  hoity toity, a little low self esteem provoking now, everything so well made and glossy.

Blue room and things

Well it has happened, that moment when I looked around me at all the (off) white walls and physically yearned for color, this is not a euphemism or exaggeration in my life, but something true to me and real, that I really deeply feel.
So I painted an accent wall (yes, I am married to a painter, but he doesnt have time to paint for ME)
I loved it, it made me happy, so I painted another.

Calm after the storm

  Well the sun has come back, we are all on the mend.

I crocheted this little hat to pass the time during hours and hours of boring deluge.
Finally we got to play with friends again, and spend time at the park
