Play's and a puppet theatre

I found this little puppet theater/lemonade stand at the flea market, it was very worn and weathered pine wood with chalkboard paint, in ugly primary colors, I saw a diamond in the rough, over the summer I repainted it, fixed it and made a tassel garland, it has proved  SUCH a fun piece for my children's playtime, it has been a puppet theater like yesterday, a lemonade stand, and a grocery store, it folds up, and has provided hours of fun.
All the puppets are 100% wool
I will now let you enjoy Imani's production of  of "animals through the seasons" !

I CANNOT WAIT to see the results, but i know that we had a fantastically fun time shooting, and being together, in such a magical spot.
Stay tuned for the photos to come, and have a wonderful monday

New shoes and a boy

Have you seen my son about town lately with holes in his toes?
oh, thats good, because he does,
he has outgrown or worn through every single pair of shoes he owns.
Safe to say he might grow up to wear a size 13 like his dad.
I was thrilled to discover Inkka's while on my hunt for well made, stylish , and yes, socially conscious footwear, now I want a pair for everyone in the family:

Inkka'a have created the 1shoe 1 tree program, planting a tree for every pair sold, also the awesome textiles are hand made in south america.
You can find out more about them

You better get some!
and no, Inkka's is not sponsoring this post, though I wish they were...
Happy Friday
