No matter where you happen to find yourself in the world, its that time of year, Easter egg dyeing time!
Imani picks flowers and we set the table
Easter grass in coconuts has gotten so tall
boy and baby bananas
dyeing party!
we used waxy oil pastels, and the kids drew lines, squiggles and patterns on their eggs, then dipped them, and the results were unexpected and beautiful
Since we cant get white eggs here we used brown speckled ones, and a more saturated dye bath, the results were richer, more vibrant ad appropriately tropical colored eggs!
We missed our Boulder egg dyeing party with aunts and cousins too :(
but enjoyed our little one on the deck
Happy saturday
