Yarn wrapped letters

I am a big fan of fun FAST and beautiful handmades.

This fit the bill, I saw these cork board letters while on a store run for something else.

I bought my 3 little ones initials

i did use a hot glue gun to hold the yarn in place

I  was informed you can get something similar at target (in red and white, Bleh)

to which I respond:

 So what? 

these are unique

 made with the colors I choose and love, and with all my thoughts and affection wrapped in every twist of the yarn

and that is the beauty of making things oneself~

I  think I will hang them somewhere in the kids rooms, or on the shelf I plan on someday having built for the 

living room.
